In a beard care video Terroll put on Instagram that went viral, Lewis shows that he apparently knows a thing or two about maintaining a healthy beard as well.
At over 55k views he demonstrates how he cares for his beard and stretches it using a blow dryer with a comb attachment, watch below:

To keep your beard soft and shiny, use a beard oil to condition and keep it from getting dull. Beard oils are also great for your skin, ensuring that you keep the follicles healthy and the skin moisturized.
Even though you may be on a growth journey, it is important that you trim your beard so that you can avoid split and straggly ends.
You can use sharp scissors to maintain your beard shape or you can use trimmers if that is what you have on hand. Trimmers can cause split ends, so be careful how often you use one.
