As the seasons change, you might find yourself switching out your winter suits for lighter more colorful suit options that are more adaptive for the warmer weather.
As you know, a nice tailored suit is a significant investment, so whether you are in the office, or simply like looking sharp, keep comfort and versatility in mind when putting your collection together.
Recently, we teamed up with fashion killer Jerell Parrish who often shows off his suit styles on his Instagram @stylish.suits. We asked him to give us some looks that he thought were good for this season and throughout the year, here are 4 of looks plus one bonus one that he came up with.
Keeping it simple in pinstripe
Jerrell kept his look very simple with a pop of purple on the jacket. He captioned the picture saying “embrace your personal style” and we have to agree! He chose not to wear a tie and for this look, it worked well.
Never forget the hat
Jerrell called this his Donnell Jones pose because of the hat which he tied in nicely with a navy jacket, light blue shirt, some polished essentials a brown belt and white pants. Never be afraid to rock a hat with your suit, you just have to pull it all together with other accessories and confidence with your look.
Romantic gray with a pop of red
Do you want to wear your gray suit all year long? Add some color based on the season you are in. We loved the red shirt, the pop of red on the gray suit and Jerrell kept it professionally casual by leaving out the tie but keeping the gentleman’s textured handkerchief.
Blue’s and purple’s
If you have not guessed by now, Jerrell is not afraid of color and if you want to add rich colors to your look here is one way to do it. In this look, he did a rich purple tie a light purple handkerchief to match, simple jewelry and a brown belt that works well with the blue suit.
Bonus
Versatility with the three piece
For those days when you are feeling a little fancy and why not take advantage of the versatility of a three piece suit. In this look, the tie, the suit, the jewelry everything is on point, perfect for the season and perfect for those days you need to keep things stylish but very professional.
